We strive to provide the highest quality social media management. To ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for everyone, please take a moment to read through our Terms & Conditions. By booking a service with KNMSocialManagement, you agree to these terms.

• Social media management services are provided as outlined in the agreed package and content plan.

• The first month is a paid, non-refundable trial period.

• After the trial, services move into a minimum 3-month contract, renewing every 3 months thereafter.

• Monthly fees are payable in advance; services may pause if payment is late or missed.

• All payments are non-refundable once services commence.

• Clients must provide timely access to accounts, content, and brand assets.

• Content is licensed to the client upon full payment; we may use it for portfolio and marketing purposes.

• Results such as growth, engagement, or revenue are not guaranteed.

• We are not liable for platform changes, outages, or account suspensions.

• Either party may cancel after the minimum term with 14 days’ written notice.

• Services are governed by Scottish law and may be agreed digitally.

• Content only days are excluded from contracts etc. They are simply a pay upfront and receive service.
